Call a Unicorn a UNICORN

Recently, my 2 year old niece was shown a picture of a horse and asked to identify what it was.  She replied "a unicorn".  Myself and the company I was in shared a laugh about it.  I then took a closer look and realized, hey "it is a unicorn".  The joke was on me, everyone knew it was a unicorn from the beginning but me.  Others were laughing because my niece said unicorn instead of horse.  "What normal two year old would call a unicorn by its proper name?  They would say it was a horse."  I think the first term used to describe the situation was "weird", and then later my niece was described as "advanced", which I think was the appropriate term.  With all the laughter surrounding her answer my niece may next time second guess her answer or be reluctant to say unicorn, when she indeed was right all along.

GRADUATION, whats next??

Graduation season is among us.  Students are earning certificates, promotions, diplomas, and degrees all over the world.  Old journeys are ending and new ones are beginning.

So what's next?

While you are enjoying your celebration and preparing for summer vacation, take the time to make a realistic plan for at least the next year.  Make a to do list of all the things you wish to accomplish.  Whether it be to become the Valedictorian of your next graduation class, pursue higher education, or tackle the workforce, set your goals in motion by examining what it will take to achieve.

I encourage you not to take the task lightly.  Don't limit yourself, whatever you ASPIRE you can ACHIEVE!!

If you want to be the first Female President, CEO of your own company, an artist, or even the manager of McDonalds, take OWNERSHIP  of your dreams and press on until you have reached your goal.

For those of you who are still in school or going back to school (like myself), do the same thing & KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE PRIZE!

BEST OF LUCK, from TalkstillCheap.com
